Shipping Options?

Insured: With the insured option you can track the package, if it should get lost or damaged we / the postal service can refund you.

Uninsured: To ship it uninsured is cheaper but we and the postal service can not be held accountable for any loss or damage with this option.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what can I do?

It is very important to insert the correct shipping address when you place your order. However, if you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at store@majesticcasual.com - our Care Team will update your order if it has not yet been shipped. Majestic takes no responsibility for goods lost due to incorrect shipping details.

Not receiving a confirmation after placing your order?

Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you are not able to find the confirmation email in your inbox be sure to check our spam/junk folder. If the email is still missing you may have accidentally keyed in a wrong email during your checkout. Email us at store@majesticcasual.com so we can locate your mail and send it back to you.

How long does shipping take?

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days after purchase via Deutsche Post or DHL, unless stated otherwise on our landing page (eg. due to COVID restrictions, holidays, illness etc.).

We ship from Germany, so domestic orders usually arrive within 3-4 business days. International shipping normally takes 2-4 weeks depending on where you live, and up to 12 weeks to the USA due to COVID-19 and changes in shipping out of our control.

Will I have to pay any duties on top of my order?

Please note all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. Your local customs authorities establish the limits for duty-free packages.

Majestic will not be held liable for any fee, duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
